Uniflex “IS” Superior Customer Service. I was preparing for one of our monthly Shows at the Tennessee Theatre in Knoxville Tennessee. Uniflex was running but the organ wouldn’t connect. Dick Wilcox worked with me over the phone on 3 separate phone calls totaling about 1 1/2 hours. All the while Dick was very patient while he guided me through troubleshooting. As it turns out we had a bad router which I replaced. During the exercise we also upgraded to version 165. Our system was originally installed in 2001. Who has customer support like that? No one but Uniflex. Thank you very much Dick Wilcox.
